Jaiden is a 17 year old senior at Hall High School. In her free time, she loves to listen to Taylor Swift, swim in her pool (during the summer, of course), and read the "Guinness Book of World Records". Jaiden also loves musicals, some of her favorites being "Newsies" and "Wicked". At home, she has 2 dogs, 2 parrots, 2 cockatiels and a sister named Lauryn.
When she was younger, Jaiden discovered her love of American Girl Dolls. In fact, she has a total of 23! Her favorite is McKenna. Because of her love for AG Dolls, she decided to create a business selling used America Girl Doll clothes. Jaiden hopes that the clothes will make people happy.
Jaiden is learning how to display the clothes nicely and take pictures, and other business skills such as marketing strategies. She will soon set up a website, develop marketing strategies, research items, then price them.
In adulthood, many adults with special needs are unemployed. As Jaiden, is graduating this spring, she will be able to carry her micro-business into the next chapter of her life and leave with the skills to keep it going.
